Possibly the worst customer service you will ever receive!Went there today and asked the manager to verify a over purchase and was left to wait while a cashier called Mandy ignored me while she stacked the shelves! On previous visits she has commented on what I buy and suggested that I was bit heavy for the purchase I was making!Seriously suggest if you own the franchise to retrain this individual with a course of customer service! Most employees are polite and offer a good service but this person needs to learn that people will shop elsewhere with this unacceptable attitude to the customer

Not even worthy of the one star. I have just gone into the store to explain they have sent the incorrect items from a Uber order AGAIN! And the ‘manager’ was so helpful - NOT! Honestly, I think you guys need to have customer service training and pronto! How do you recurrently get orders incorrect. If you do not have the items in store just cancel the that item so I can receive my refund. Why send random products in the place of my actual order?! And to clarify, I have come into your store many times and been able to swap incorrect items from previous orders! Because you have made yet another human error. Perhaps you need to check with your colleagues - before you make a blanket statement saying that ‘we have never swapped items’ You have! Go back and check on your camera and you will see I have come in!It would not created any issues for your store financially if you had replaced the incorrectly sent items for the correct items I purchased. Instead you were being difficult for the sake of being difficult.I hope you have a very good life!

I have been shopping at Co-ops all over London more than years. But this branch is definitely the worst one unfortunately. First of all their approach to customers are terrible. I have been shopping at that shop over a year as it's my local one currently. I had many different issues in the shop so far, they don't even know what items are in the meal deal. Once one of the items caused problem in their system, they were insisting that item was not in the meal deal which was totally wrong as I buy it every day not only at that shop also at the other shops as well. After mins they were not able to solve the issue. One guy was kept insisting that over and over. I knew I was right because I know what I buy everyday. I asked where the manager is. They said no manager available at the moment. I was so angry and insisted to speak to a manager. He came like mins after from outside of the shop no one knows where he was. No proper apologies nor explanation. The arrogance is the worst. You wouldn't expect a proper smile. I refunded all the items after spending waiting there to teach them around mins.. Another day I had an issue with another worker who doesn't have any idea how to approach a customer. And there is always issues with the electricity top up. They insist to have cash instead of us paying with cards. Just unbelievable. They run that branch as like a complete independent off license. That branch needs investigation from the area managers, about their knowledge on what they sell, how they sell, customer service approach, availability of the managers. I seriously say that. A group of workers there need to be taught. No one deserves that type of arrogant and rude approach. And as it can be seen on the reviews, there are many others gave the star, I still can't believe how Co-op doesn't focus on that shop??? We should write emails to the general management??? No one checks there reviews from the area managers???

Possibly the worst supermarket I have ever been to! They don't care at all and the customer care is appalling or non existent. They don't even bother if you ask them politely to clean the spillage and some broken glass. It was definitely health and safety hazard! They are rude or disinterested and often in your way putting some products on the shelves and yet they often have empty shelves! If you can go elsewhere, please do!
